Hey Fellow Breathers,

I am so excited to be here in this space with you. My name is Kara and I am just beginning my breathing journey. I am looking forward to connecting, breathing and holding space with all of you.

I intend to not only use breathing in my own life but also one day with my clients. I am a life enhancement coach, reiki master and grief and trauma mentor. I know this world will open up so many possibilities for my clients and myself :)
